Florida Roof Consultants is a fast-growing roofing and insurance claims consulting company. Our current team of 7 callers is producing real results — and our pipeline demands 25. We're hiring now to fill 18 open seats with driven, coachable reps who want to earn serious money and grow into leadership.
What You'll Do
The day-to-day, simply put.
Call and follow up with warm Facebook leads — no cold-calling grind.
Qualify homeowners and set roof inspection appointments.
Update lead stages in our streamlined CRM.
Top performers move into oversight and team management roles as we scale.
